Cancellation Policy
If you for some unfortunate reason you have to cancel your fun adventure, a 100% refund will be issued with a 30+ day advanced notice. A 50% refund will be issued with a 15 – 29 day notice. And if less than 15 days notice, then sorry, no refunds.
If for some unforeseen reason (weather, mechanical, etc.) we are unable to provide the scheduled service, we will try to place you with another reliable licensed boat and captain, or refund your money.
